Leadership development that shows up on Monday morning.

The best workshop I can run is one that your leaders are still using three months later. That's the bar I set for every engagement, not the evaluation scores at the end of the day, but whether the ideas actually changed what people do.

More

Most leadership development treats participants as blank slates. The leaders I work with aren't blank slates. They've lived through decades of being led. They know in their bones which leaders made them want to bring their best work, and which leaders made them want to disengage. The instincts are already in there.

My work is built on the opposite assumption from the standard model. Wisdom is already in the room. The job is to surface it, sharpen it, give it language, and stress-test it against what we know about how people actually perform.

Some of this work I deliver directly. Some I deliver in partnership with leading global learning and development firms whose programs I know well, respect, and draw on as part of a larger learning solution. The goal is always the same: bring the right content, the right facilitation, and the right design to the leaders in the room.

Programs

01

The foundational program

Format

Half-day or full-day

Delivery

In-person preferred; virtual available

Ideal for

12–40 participants at all levels of leadership

Human-Centred Leadership

What actually drives human performance? What creates genuine commitment in a team versus surface-level compliance? What does leadership look like when you take the human side of the work as seriously as the operational side?

This program answers those questions — not with abstract models, but with frameworks that are immediately recognizable and immediately applicable. It's built for leaders at every level: from frontline team leads navigating the day-to-day reality of managing people, to senior leaders shaping organizational culture.

02

For leadership teams preparing to lead something new

Format

Half-day or full-day

Delivery

In-person preferred; virtual available

Ideal for

12–40 participants at all levels of leadership

The Change Leadership Workshop

Before you launch a major change initiative, there are questions your leadership team needs to sit with honestly. This workshop is built around those questions, and the diagnostic tools that help answer them.

Participants leave with: a clear picture of where their change initiative is most at risk; a practical checklist for the human side of the launch; and a shared language for the challenge ahead that makes the entire leadership team more aligned and more effective.

03

An innovation-focused program for organizations beyond the workshop circuit

Format

Two hours, half-day, full-day or two-day mini sprint

Delivery

In-person preferred; virtual available

Ideal for

Innovation, product, strategy or leadership teams ready to build real capability

The Innovator's Instinct

Most organizations have done the design thinking training over the past decade. Few have built the innovation habits the training was supposed to produce. People learned the steps, can recite the framework, and still don't think like innovators in the rest of their work.

That's because innovation isn't a methodology to install. It's a habit to build. This program is for organizations that have done the basic training and are ready to do the harder, slower work of actually building the practice.

04

For organizations with specific challenges

Custom Program Design

Not every leadership development need fits a standard offering. I design bespoke programs for organizations that are navigating something specific: a culture transformation, a merger integration, a shift in strategy that requires new leadership behaviours, or a development journey for a cohort of high-potential leaders.

These engagements begin with a discovery conversation and an honest assessment of what will actually be useful. No generic content dressed up in your branding. No off-the-shelf programs with your logo on the cover.

Reach out to discuss what you're navigating. I'll tell you whether I can help.

All programs can be combined with keynote presentations. Keith works with your L&D team to customize content, duration, and format for your context.

What Changes

  • Shared vocabulary and frameworks for leading the human side of change
  • Practical tools that leaders use the following week
  • A clear picture of where their change initiative is most at risk
  • Faster time-to-commitment on transformation initiatives

I work with L&D firms, HR consultancies, and organizational development practices on co-design and co-delivery arrangements. If you're building leadership development capability for clients and you're looking for content expertise or senior facilitation, let's talk.

Partnership Inquiry

What Participants and Sponsors Say

"It's rare to find someone who can keep a room full of senior executives fully engaged for two days while tackling complex strategic and organizational challenges, but that's exactly what Keith helped us to accomplish.

Keith co-facilitated a national leadership planning session focused on strategic priorities, organizational alignment, and employee engagement. His ability to create meaningful dialogue, challenge assumptions, and keep the conversation productive helped our leadership team leave with greater clarity, stronger alignment, and a clear set of actions for moving forward.

The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, and several leaders specifically commented on the quality of the facilitation and the value it brought to the session. Keith combines strategic thinking with exceptional facilitation skills, making him a trusted partner for leadership teams navigating important conversations."

Meredith McLean

Chief of Staff and Business Operations Lead, Accenture Canada

"When evaluating new learning experiences, we look for programs that are engaging, practical, and relevant to the realities of our business. Keith delivered on all three.

His innovation workshop introduced participants to human-centered design principles in a way that was immediately applicable to their day-to-day work. Notably, Keith challenged our team's status quo of traditional critical thinking, moving us past the mindset of "thinking to create" and challenging us to "create to think." This powerful shift really stuck with our team and reframed how we approach problem-solving.

The level of engagement throughout the session was exceptional, and the feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. Keith even took the time during a workshop break to share additional programs with us that could fit our future business needs, demonstrating just how invested he is in our long-term success.

The program proved to be a successful addition to our Learning & Development offerings and has already led to further conversations about future collaborations. Keith has a talent for making innovation approachable, actionable, and deeply meaningful for diverse audiences."
